'How to obtain an overseas Live account'

Heard about something on Xbox Live! but you're only able to redeem it if you live in a different country?
Here's how to solve your overseas blues.
Create another Live! account for that country.
The most popular 4 to create are:

1.US Account
2.UK Account
3.Japanese Account
4.Canadian Account

Here in this vary thread, I will show who how to create whichever account you may require.

Step 1
Visit www.xbox.com


Step 2
Select 'Sign In' at the top right of the page


Step 3
Select 'Register Now' on the left of the page.

So,
Here in this vary thread, I will show who how to create whichever account you may require.

Step 1
Visit www.xbox.com


Step 2
Select 'Sign In' at the top right of the page.


Step 3
Select 'Register Now' on the left of the page.


Step 4
You should now be at the Registration Wizard.
Type all the appropriate information into the boxes:

• Gamertag
  
• Gamer Zone
  
• Gamer Picture
  

Step 5
These next 4 steps are the MOST important parts.
Youll get the following screen:

Leave the registration window open, we will need it later.

Step 6
Choose the country at the top that corresponds to the Country's Live! account you want.


Choose an Email address name and password

Step 7
THIS PART IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP OF ALL


Enter the following details for the corresponding account of your choice:

UK
Name: (your choice)
Surname: (your choice)
Gender: (your choice)
Birth Date: (your choice, best to make it over 18 if youre not already)
Constituent Country: England
Postal Code: CB2 1TN
Time Zone: London, UK, GMT

United States
Name: (your choice)
Surname: (your choice)
Gender: (your choice)
Birth Date: (your choice, best to make it over 18 if youre not already)
State: Conneticut
Zip Code: CT 06511
Time Zone: Eastern Time - EST

Japan
Name: (your choice)
Surname: (your choice)
Gender: (your choice)
Birth Date: (your choice, best to make it over 18 if youre not already)
Prefecture: Tokyo-to
Postal Code: 162-8601
Time Zone: Jokyo, Japan - JST

Canada
Name: (your choice)
Surname: (your choice)
Gender: (your choice)
Birth Date: (your choice, best to make it over 18 if youre not already)
Province: Alberta
Postal Code: T6G 2R3
Time Zone: Mountain Time, Calgary, Alberta - MST

Once signed up for the email account go back to your:
Xbox Live Registration window.

Step 8
Enter your new email address you just signed up for into the:
'Your email address' section of the registration window.




If it now says:
For privacy reasons the session has ended due to inactivity.
Or something along those lines, Repeat steps: 2 - 4 again.

Step 9
Itll now ask you to sign in with the password for the address you just signed up for. Do so.

Step 10
As you can now see, itll appear with the details you just used to sign up for the email address.
As you can see the address feilds are not mandatory.
So dont fill them in.



However, a phone number IS required. So use the following that corresponds to the country of your required account:

UK

Step 11
Accept the Privacy Statement and click Next at the bottom of the page.

Step 12
Select your game and mailing preferences then click Next at the bottom of the page.

Step 13
All done! Click Finish

Step 14






Recover your account on your Xbox 360 console using:

• Your newly created gamertag
  
• The email for that gamertag
  
• The password for that email
  

Voila, you now have access to your requires country's Xbox Live!
