How do you qualify for the job: I have owned over 7 websites and 1 currently still in development to be the best vBulletin modding site retailer around. "http://www.vbscriptz.com/"
What skills would you bring to the teams: I could code out custom scripts for the site to give it even more of it's own touch.
Why should we pick you: Because I had this position once before when insidexbox.org was still available and disappeared because I was called into service, something out of my control.
Why do you want it: Because I wish to serve the community like I used to before my departure.

we would like to see you be more active, creat topics reply to topics or suggestions or solutions maybe even bring in some active members.

we will only consider active members on this forum as when admins arnt here xcreating topics adding news but its just not happening so we are tightening who becomes staff

I don't do Xbox anymore, I was console banned from Xbox for the 5th time last week. So I only do website related stuff, I don't think anyone here has a huge interest in HTML or CSS, or hell even PHP and XSQL.

so why the console ban?

okay so how about creating a html page or something for an "About Us Page" in to which we can put descriptions about us as a forum and staff page in to which the staff can write a brief bit about themselves, their gaming/what they do and a contact us part that the site could use?

play xbox or not, you can still advertise the site and bring in members........

Advertising is not my profession. And I don't do HTML pages, only entire sites. Anything individual is irritating and not needed. Just forget this I have a site that is getting famous enough fast so anyway. Apparently I can't get this position but for what I do, here is a link

advertising is nobodys profession. its a requirement to be staff.
if yo have your own site then thats fine flame.
We are wanting staff that are of use to us and if you cant provide anything that we can use thats fine.

im pretty sure if you can do a website you can do a html page.
we need staff who will help us, provide us with things that others cant do. if you have no interest in xbox anymore after you console bans and you cant do anything else then your not of any use. sorry flame but thats how it is.

Fine, if I get the position I will work on an HTML page, it's not what I am perfectly experienced with but I will attempt it, I am good at editing, not creating.

Also I am more active than both of you, nothing ever happens on this board, and I am here to witness it. I could work on affiliating you with my site, but I don't think my members are into Xbox, but I don't ask them, and plus I am on from 9am to about 2am and I only see each of you one for like 1 hour a day. It is unacceptable. Something that needs to be fixed. Members are only as active as the admins... They take their site habits from the role models on the forum that they are supposed to look up to.. Many things like that, I will also work with Google to get you higher up on the list. But this site is going to need some internet work. Okay. You finally unleashed my full inner creativity.

I dont think so flame. For one your online while we sleep. Online doesn't count as active and so far I dint see you with more than 20 posts? Discussion ended.
